The parish was very grateful for the talents of Winton Salvation Army Band, as they led our traditional Palm Sunday procession from St Michael's to St John's Church. (A decision had been made to march down Queens Road every year, instead of up one year and down the next, which certainly makes things easier for musicians and marchers.)

The new, totally-revamped parish website has now been launched.

The new website is built around a Content Management System (CMS) called Drupal.

The CMS makes it possible for website users to register, login and edit content themselves. The webmaster still has overall control over who can edit what, so the system is secure.
